We want you to feel confident and prepared every time you travel. If your Roamwell kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrives damaged or defective
  • Items are missing or incorrect
  • You are unsatisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days
  • You receive a kit with an expiration date concern (we replace or refund immediately)

What’s not eligible due to safety regulations:

  • Opened or used medication packets
  • Kits returned with broken safety seals
  • Products damaged through misuse

How refunds are issued:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
  • Replacements ship at no charge

Our promise:
We aim to resolve most issues within 1-2 business days and always do our best to ensure you “Be well and roam well.”

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
