Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day — but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

United States

    • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

    • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Roamwell is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it:

      • Check with household members or neighbors

      • Look for delivery notes or alternate drop locations

      • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

If still missing, contact us — we’ll help resolve it.

Damaged Packages

If your items arrive damaged, email us with photos and your order number.
We’ll ship a replacement or provide a refund according to our refund policy.

Pre-Shipment Changes & Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, we can only modify or cancel orders if they haven’t been processed yet.
